Two Paws Studio — project enquiries
Last updated: 2 November 2026.
Who is responsible?
Brian Lawlor, operating Two Paws Studio in Ireland, is responsible for the personal information collected through this project enquiry form. For questions or to exercise your privacy rights, contact [email protected].
What information is collected?
The form asks for your name, email address, project town or county and a description of the project. Service preference, timeframe, telephone number and budget are optional. A full street address is not needed. Please do not include payment details, identity documents, health information or other sensitive personal information in your message.
Web3Forms also processes technical information needed to deliver and protect submissions, such as IP addresses and submission timestamps. Email providers process delivery and message metadata.
Why is it used?
Your details are used to assess your enquiry, contact you about the project and take steps towards a possible design appointment or proposal at your request. Where these steps relate to a possible contract with you, the legal basis is taking steps before entering a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). For other project enquiries and for preventing spam or abuse, the basis is legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)): responding to relevant correspondence and keeping the enquiry service secure.
You are not legally required to submit an enquiry. The required fields provide enough information to understand your request and reply; without them, the form cannot be sent. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing or commit you to a paid appointment. There is no automated decision about whether to accept your project; automated spam checks may reject a message.
Who receives the information?
Brian receives enquiries in Gmail. Web3Forms, operated by Web3Creative, receives, filters, stores and forwards your submission; Google processes the notification emails and replies. Web3Forms also uses infrastructure and spam-screening providers, listed in its processing and subprocessor information. See the Web3Forms Privacy Policy and Google Privacy Policy.
This processing may take place outside the European Economic Area. Web3Creative operates from India. Its Data Processing Agreement incorporates the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers of EEA personal data to Web3Creative that require a transfer safeguard. Google's transfer information describes its reliance on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework for eligible US transfers and Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers not covered by an adequacy decision. Contact Brian for further information about these safeguards.
How long is it kept?
Web3Forms is set to delete new submissions automatically after 30 days. This deletion setting is separate from the history displayed in its dashboard.
Gmail is our main correspondence record. We keep active enquiries while discussing a potential project. On the first working day of each month, we review closed or unsuccessful enquiries and delete correspondence where 12 months have passed since the last meaningful contact. We delete it sooner if it is no longer needed. Deleted Gmail messages may remain in the Bin for up to 30 further days before permanent deletion.
If an enquiry becomes a client project, necessary information is kept with the project records under separate retention arrangements. Particular records may also be kept longer where needed for a legal obligation or dispute. Deleting a Web3Forms submission does not delete its Gmail copy; unnecessary downloaded copies are also removed during the review. You can contact Brian to ask about your enquiry or request deletion.
What happens in your browser?
This website adds no analytics or marketing cookies. Pressing send transmits your enquiry securely to Web3Forms. Your entries stay on the page while it is open; a downloaded project brief is saved on your device under your control.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your information. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact Brian using the email above; enough information may be requested to verify that the request relates to you. Requests will normally be addressed within one month, with any lawful extension explained.
You may complain to Ireland's Data Protection Commission, or to your relevant supervisory authority. You can read more about your data protection rights.
